1. Nature of Services

All services, trainings, consulting activities, documents, templates, toolkits, software, and digital materials provided by Qonexus Global are offered for informational, educational, and professional guidance purposes only.

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in a separate written and signed agreement, Qonexus Global does not guarantee any specific business, financial, compliance, certification, audit, regulatory, or operational outcome.

2. No Professional or Regulatory Guarantee 

The materials and services provided do not constitute legal, financial, regulatory, certification, or audit assurance, nor do they replace professional judgment, internal controls, or independent verification.

Clients remain solely responsible for:

How the information is interpreted or applied

Compliance with applicable laws, standards, and regulations

Decisions taken based on the provided content

3. Limitation of Liability 

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Qonexus Global, its founders, partners, instructors, consultants, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages

Loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity, reputation, data, or certification

Audit failures, regulatory actions, penalties, or third-party claims

Total aggregate liability, if any, shall not exceed the total fees actually paid by the client for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim.

4. Time Limitation for Claims 

Any claim, dispute, or demand arising out of or related to services or materials provided by Qonexus Global must be formally notified in writing within twelve (12) months from the date the service or product was delivered.

Claims submitted after this period shall be deemed waived and time-barred.

5. Third-Party Reliance Exclusion 

Qonexus Global accepts no responsibility for reliance on its services or materials by any third party, including but not limited to clients’ customers, auditors, certification bodies, regulators, or business partners.

Any use or reliance by third parties is strictly at their own risk.

6. Digital Products, Templates & Software

Digital products, documents, templates, and software are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Updates to standards, regulations, or best practices after delivery are not automatically included, unless explicitly stated.

7. Licensing & Intellectual Property

All content, materials, methodologies, frameworks, and software are protected by intellectual property laws.

Unless otherwise stated:

Materials are licensed for internal use only

Redistribution, resale, sublicensing, or public sharing is prohibited without prior written consent

8. Jurisdiction & Governing Law 

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all matters arising from or related to Qonexus Global services shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and courts located in Türkiye shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

9. Acceptance

By accessing, purchasing, downloading, or using any service or material provided by Qonexus Global, the user acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted this Legal Notice, Disclaimer, and Limitation of Liability in full.
