Certification decisions are made solely by accredited certification bodies.

7. Disclaimer of Substitution

Digital products, toolkits, and resources:

• Do not replace consultancy services

• Do not replace independent or certification audits

• Are intended to support internal implementation teams

Professional consultancy, training, and audits are strongly recommended where appropriate.

8. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once access or download has been granted, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
